| A last view of the wall devoted to my paintings: EVENING HILL (2002) above HEADLANDS, MONTANA DE ORO (1983); and RUGGED LANDSCAPE (2004). The lively thing about this 'Archer Wall' grouping (including the rich Bolivian wall-hanging on the right) is that these collectors have no fear of an eclectic mixture of art. Paintings from a variety of periods, with a variety of subjects, in a variety of frames work together as an expression of feeling and experience---not a 'decorator statement.' I love it! |
